Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes!
Today was day one of my 30-Day Hot Yoga challenge. I never realized how sore my back was until I tried to stretch it out. Ouch!
If you're wondering what Bikram yoga is, look here. This is the best two-sided description of the practise that I could find (it's really the only one that shows the benefits and the risks and controversy all in the same article). Regardless of the risks and the controversy (which I personally try to ignore), it feels good. And in the infamous words of Sloan "If it feels good, do it."
That's good enough for me!
In other news, I have purchased WhoWhatWhere the book. So far it is tremendous. But I will post a review when I'm done!

Skinny Models
Clearly, I am not model skinny, nor do I have any intention of ever looking like that (let's face it, bones sticking out everywhere is not even close to attractive, never mind sexy). Not going to lie, I'm a size ten and most days I'm pretty okay with that.
Now regardless of if a person is a runway model or not, eating disorders are a big deal, it is also a personal issue. So as much as you can be concerned (and it's probably a good thing that you are), getting angry solves nothing, neither does calling someone a "sick ****".
So I would like to make this very clear:
Does the model posted below have an eating disorder: probably.
Do I think she could use a cheeseburger: yes (and probably a good helping of self-esteem)
Am I promoting eating disorders: absolutely not.
Do I think Vera Wang makes amazing clothes: without a question.
Ignorance gets you nowhere, let's keep it to the clothes people.
